The BIQU Panda Vision Encoder is a high-precision motion calibration plate designed for Bambu Lab H2 Series 3D printers. Its matrix of 10,000 encoded markers and 5μm optical measurement resolution enables the printer to detect and compensate for mechanical tolerances, belt wear, and long-term motion drift, improving XY motion accuracy to under 50μm. A guided calibration takes approximately five minutes and helps maintain consistent dimensional accuracy for weeks—delivering sharper contours, tighter hole tolerances, and more reliable fit across both small and large functional prints. Compatible with Bambu Lab H2D, H2S, and H2C printers. Similar vision-encoder systems use camera-read calibration to correct motion-system deviations and maintain sub-50μm accuracy.
