Product Description:

BIQU H2 500° direct drive extruder is upgraded to support a maximum 500-degree celsius high high-temperature printing.

Key Features:

  • Wide range of filament adaptations. The h2 extruder is equipped with accessories such as heating block, and nozzle that support high-temperature printing, and also uses a more powerful cooling fan. It not only supports low-temperature printing for PLA, ABS, PETG, etc. (working below 300 degrees Celsius), but also supports high-temperature printing above 300 degrees Celsius for PEEK, PEI, etc.

  • Red copper nickel-plated heat block. The heating block is made of nickel-plated copper, a material that can adequately perform high-temperature printing up to 500 degrees Celsius.

  • Hardened steel nozzle. The nozzle is made of high-hardness hardened steel, which can effectively take up the consumables at high temperatures, and the nozzle is not easy to wear and deform.

  • Upgraded Heat Dissipation. The high-speed fan not only works at 110 degrees Celsius but also speeds up cooling for efficient heat dissipation.

  • Files support.  The bracket file can be downloaded from the BIQU official website https://biqu3d.com/pages/download

Perhaps the best H2 combi

Even if you not plan to print at high temperature, the 500°C Edition brings some great benefits for just little more money compared to the standard edition. Heating up is much faster due to the 70W cartridge. Together with the higher heat capacity of the copper heat block it allows much higher flow rates. And that means faster printing. Finally you get a full metal hotend made from titanium, which gives a better defined melting zone and prevents clogging. And you get a very precise high temperature sensor. And finally, if you really need, you can print at high temperature.

Nice little system

Took some more effort than originally thought it would, but once set up it's a nice little system. Quiet and smooth. Be prepared for some tuning though.
