I was having some problems with my A1, and Bambu sent me a new extruder gear. I happened to come across this product right around the time Bambu shipped the gear. I thought that I’d give this a shot before installing the new gear due to the plastic wheel.
The gear fixed a problem I didn’t even know I had! My extruder would click a few times every time it started a new print, but it doesn’t anymore. I didn’t even realize it was wrong, it’s happened since I bought the machine several months ago.
The gear also fixed my known problem. I think it was a defective part, because my gear that came with the machine has just the slightest amount of movement to the gear if I push/pull on it, like when putting the circle piece back on the end of the gear before putting the extruder cover back on. My new piece does not do that! Everything has been printing great since I installed the gear. Thanks for this product!
I bought the Panda Claw for my P1S after my gears were or feeder was failing to feed all the time, turns out my OEM version had it's gear teeth worn out so i bought this instead of buying from Bambu. My feeder spits out filament like butter!
