Warranty Policy
To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:
- Purchase Channel: The product must be purchased from the BIQU Official Store or an authorized seller.
- Reason for Warranty Claim:
If a quality issue or non-human-induced damage is confirmed by BIQU’s technical support team, the company will provide free repair or replacement services. If the damage is caused by human factors or improper use, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts. - Warranty length: 3d printer parts warranty period is 6 months, 3d printer warranty period is 1 year.
* Gifts: No warranty coverage. However, if a gift is missing or defective, you may request a replacement or repair within 3 days of receiving your order. - Warranty Coverage: The warranty applies to all non-consumable parts. Consumables such as hotbed stickers, nozzles, and filaments are not covered.
The warranty does not cover:
- × Products beyond the warranty period (3D printers after 1 year, 3D printer parts after 6 months).
- × Unauthorized modifications that result in product damage or failure.
- × Damage due to improper use or external factors, including but not limited to:
- Use in an unsuitable environment (e.g., exceeding machine load, lack of maintenance, moisture, mold).
- Force majeure events (fire, earthquake, lightning, flood, etc.).
- Incorrect installation or improper operation.
Reminder: Please read the product manual and follow all usage guidelines to prevent avoidable damage or malfunctions.

Return Policy
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:
- √ Before the order is shipped (determined by whether a tracking number has been updated; tracking numbers are updated only after shipment), customers may contact customer service to cancel the order. Order cancellations are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- √ Within 14 days of receiving the product, the item and packaging must be intact and undamaged, with all accessories, gifts, and manuals included. The product must not be activated or used, and it must not affect secondary sales.
- √ Within 14 days of receiving the product, if the item exhibits a performance failure due to non-human causes, a return may be requested.
- Note: If the return is not due to a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees.
We reserve the right to decline return requests under the following circumstances:
- × The return request is made after the order has shipped (i.e., the tracking number has been updated).
- × The return request is made more than 14 days after receiving the product.
- × The returned product is incomplete, missing packaging, accessories, gifts, or manuals, or has visible damage due to human factors (scratches, stains, cracks, deformation, etc.).
- × The customer fails to provide a valid proof of purchase or provides a falsified/altered receipt.
- × The product is damaged due to improper use (unauthorized modification, water/oil ingress, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the user manual).
- × Labels, serial numbers, or anti-counterfeit marks are removed or altered.
- × The product is damaged due to force majeure events (e.g., fire, flood).
- × After confirming the return with BIQU customer service, the customer fails to send the item within 7 days.
- × Please confirm the correct shipping address during checkout. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the buyer will bear full responsibility for errors in shipping information.
- × Any other situation that does not meet this policy.
After submitting your refund application, please confirm the email sent by BIQU Customer Service. Please note that we cannot issue a refund if the email is not confirmed.
