Delivery Costs
* These delivery costs are based on standard shipping. Additional fees may be charged for special delivery services including the shipment of produce or bulky goods.
Estimated Duration of Delivery
Usually, it takes 10-15 days for a package shipped from China to arrive. If your package has been delivered, we will send you an arrival notice, please verify if you have received the goods, if not, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
For goods shipping from overseas, it will take 3-7 days to arrive. If your package has been delivered, we will send you an arrival notice, please verify if you have received the goods, if not, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
Please note that our packages are dispatched from our warehouse worldwide, but our main warehouse is in China, thus our Customer Support Team is not available on public holidays, nor are order processed or packages dispatched on these days.
Delivery Services
YANWEN
Yunexpress
In China warehouse, your parcels will be delivered by YANWEN or Yunexpress with 10-15 days delivery. If you prefer express, we also add Fedex or DHL for you.
DHL Paket
In European warehouse, your parcels will be delivered by DHL Paket.
UPS
USPS
In US warehouse, the 3d printers will be delivered by UPS, and printer assosories will be delivered by USPS.
(Of course, our delivery services always try to deliver the shipment as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your understanding if there are occasional delays in delivery, usually due to weather or traffic conditions.)
Our Packaging
We care about the environment, and so should you!
The filling material used is 100% biodegradable - and suitable for composting. Glass containers are wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection against breakage.
Delivery of Bulky Items
Large or bulky items are generally delivered via a freight forwarder. Typically, orders are delivered to the curb of the delivery address. The forwarding company will contact you over the phone to schedule the delivery. Deliveries can only be made by appointment.
Customs Clearance
Customs Clearance in Third Party Countries
All orders placed are liable to VAT and custom duties. After communicating and coordinating with the logistics company, some standard shipping channels are tax-inclusive, but if the shipment is sent by express, it is not tax-inclusive, and you need to pay the tax yourself. If you are very concerned about this issue, please contact customer service to confirm.
